Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee, and no-shows may be billed at the full session rate. Our goal is to be flexible while respecting everyone’s time.

Absolutely. At Pixelators, we take every project seriously and operate with full business liability insurance. This means you, your clients, and the property are all protected while we’re on site.
